“I've been renting with Canada Homes for Rent for approximately 2.5 years now. I haven't had any issues; my apartment is great, and I think I've only had to call maintenance once to change my front doorknob as the bolt internally had been damaged due to wear and tear. Maintenance was there within an hour to replace the doorknob and resolve my issue. I believe there may be some issues that could be improved upon but, I don't believe it's a reflection of the staff of CHFR but the actual tenants who have no respect for shared common spaces...such as hallways, laundry room and parking lots. I enjoy my apartment, the area I live in and the price I pay for rent, I feel is fair. Anytime I have had to call CHFR, I have been spoken to professionally and with kindness. It's not their job to be my friend, but you get what you put out. So be kind to the people who are working to help keep the roof over your head livable.”

They are very quick in fixing issues in extreme winter conditions, whether it is hurricane scenario or frozen pipes. They have helped us manage our utilities too and take a lead when any issue arises with utilities. They also have an internal team who renovated the units inside and we are very happy with their renovations. They are good at handling tenant requests. They are managing multiple properties of ours.
